/ Multihooping
Do you know how to spin a hoop on different parts of your body? Awesome! Our body allows us to isolate these "stations" and then use them all at the same time. With a good technique we can save a lot of energy and improve our posture. We will start with an explanation of the concepts behind classical in-body multihooping (that is, spinning multiple hoops on the body while standing). Depending on your level, we will start with two hoops and then add more (even up to 5/7 hoops). You will also see several exercises to strengthen your body for multihooping and increase your sensitivity in managing more than two hoops spinning on your body.
On the other hand, there is more to multihooping than a standing position. Several tricks exist that can be done balancing on one leg, using the back, using the arms in symmetrical points, and much more. I want to share some tricks with you!
No worries about your starting level: we will break down all moves and I have ideas of exercises for all! It's never too early/late to start working with more than one hoop!
/ Seminar/ How to create stage performance and a street show
This workshop aims at guiding those who want to approach the show on stage or even on the street (two completely different processes). The "A,B,C" for a beginner!
The workshop includes both spoken parts and short and fun exercises that we will do together to understand better the concepts.

/ contact improvisation
Contact improvisation (below CI) is free dance form without structure, in wich two or more dancers create common dance through physical contact. Contact dancers participate in non-verbal communication where informations flow simultaneously in both directions, at the same time we give and receive informations. In addition to physical information (eg weight), we process information about the emotional and energy status of the person we are dancing with. CI gives us the opportunity for physically exploration through weight sharing, playing with balance, momentum and other surprises. CI uses elements from various dance forms, acrobatics and somatic approaches to body and organ movement.
CI is the dedication to the present moment, any planning or intent will ruin the beauty of this intuitive dance. On the other hand, release of intent will help dancers to stay present in this unpredictable joint dance.
During the workshop, we will deal with the basic patterns of movement, giving and taking weight during dance, and listening to each other. We will devote ourselves to specific ways of creating a movement during dance in pairs throw contact. We will understand the tonus and the position of our and partners body in space. We will also use the default materials for moving throw space, independently and in pairs, providing the body surface as a support. Through dance we will observe the learned patterns of behavior /movement, and amplify awareness of ourselves.
The workshop offer an opportunity for participants to use the knowledge of creating a common intuitive dance and movement in the fields of personal research by body and performance.

/ errorless movement
While learning a skill, error is an inevitable thing, but it doesn't necessarily have to be wrong or unwanted. Even those mistakes, that we tend to avoid, reveal an extraordinary and authentical expression.
The goal of this workshop is to widen our horizons, primarily through the connection between pure movement and object manipulation. Also, the search four one’s own expression out of boundaries of known and all ready seen. And finally the awareness of dynamics, quality of movement and unexpected trics.
After wormup with contemporary dance elements, yoga and gymnastics, the participants will explore the ways of moving/dancing through the space with the prop in order to find new trics and, after all, their own stile. Beside research process, the participants will follow given sequences of movements.

/ Acroyoga i Acrobalance
These disciplines will entertain you, but also give you strenght, a good stretch, turn you upside down, spin and enchant. Acroyoga is a combination of acrobatic with yoga elements while acrobalance is a combination of standing and lying static positions, and support in dynamic acrobatic elements. For the proper performance in acro, it is necessary to simultaneously awaken the various parts of the body, while strengthening different muscle groups, achieving greater stamina, flexibility and coordination. But perhaps the most important thing, acro provokes a sense of self-confidence, connectivity and mutual understanding between a 'base' and a 'flyer'.
You don't have to come in pair and it's intended for everyone regardless of physical condition, strength, flexibility and other physical predispositions.
This workshop consists of warming up, active part, stretching and relaxation.
